Think you are a fit? Perfect! We want you! Requirements Each of our candidates need to meet the following criteria to be considered: Junior or Senior with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Proven reputation of responsibility and excellence in professional and academic performance. Strong attention to detail. A keen sense of logic. Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. Energetic self-starter with the amazing interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Take the information that you’ve learned in class and apply it as a Marketing Intern at Swim. This intern will have the opportunity to work with our account services team to understand what account management within an agency really means. They will see the good. The bad. And the great! Responsibilities of a Marketing Intern: Contribute as a member of the Account Services team, gaining hands-on work experience of Account Management within an agency. Assist with the development and evaluation of marketing campaigns. Assist with presentation and meeting preparation. Recommend and create new digital and social media strategies for a range of clients. Work alongside media and creative teams. Reporting/Analytics. What this Intern will get upon completion: Agility in time management. Multi-tasking. Understanding the ability of presenting concepts to clients with rationale.
