These internships are here to paint a real picture of what it’s like to work at a boutique agency – so, only mentally agile, creative and strategic thinkers who love to have fun and work hard as heck should apply.

To be successful at Swim, you must be comfortable wearing many hats, be mentally agile and have the ability to shine under pressure – and above all things – be persistent with intellectual curiosity. Think you are a fit? Perfect! We want you!

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A keen sense of logic.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment that requires flexibility and adaptability.
  • Energetic self-starter with the amazing interpersonal skills.

Use your keen eye for design to support our designers on a variety of client projects. While the role is focused on providing production support, interns will also leverage their natural talent to craft original, innovative concepts.
