Job Description

Brown, Parker & DeMarinis is seeking an experienced Media Planner/Buyer for our rapidly growing South Florida office. This is a permanent, full-time position with benefits based in Boca Raton. We differ from many agencies in that we integrate our media planning with our brand strategy and creative process. Our media planners work alongside strategic planners and creatives to create campaigns that seamlessly combine channels, formats, and engagements. Client success is our ultimate metric, and what drives our mindset, skillset, and company culture.


·     Act as the primary media expert for clients, planning, buying, optimization and reporting.

·     Execute, manage, and optimize media campaigns with a focus on campaign/project KPIs and goals.

·     Develop and manage paid search and display programs.

·     Forecast projected campaign results, reach and frequency of potential media vehicles.

·     Responsible for all media plans including pitch, planning, presentation and campaign reporting directly with clients.

·     Manage media agreements and contracts with outside media vendors.

·     Monitor media buys to ensure all brand safety, ad fraud, and viewability standards are met or exceeded.

·     Monitor media for pacing, delivery, placement, and flight date discrepancies and negotiates credit or billing adjustments when necessary.

·     Research and record trends, innovations, and changes that affect media buying.

·     Responsible for the preparation of insertion orders and placement of advertising with media vehicle, as applicable.

·     Implement test initiatives such as landing page/email marketing, A/B testing, multivariate testing, offer testing, as needed


·     Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications preferred. If you have an MBA, that’s an added bonus.

·     Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·     BA/BS or equivalent experience required.

·     2+ years’ media-related/agency experience.

·     Experience buying through Strata.

·     You build great relationships with clients, vendors, and reps.

·     Strong negotiation skills and successful track record in the media buying space.

·     Establish trust and credibility with clients and vendors.

·     Ability to deliver client-facing presentations.
