We have an exciting opportunity for a Traffic Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The Traffic Manager works with the Production Manager, is responsible for preparing the staff work schedules and ensuring that materials are ready for agency suppliers and the media. Responsibilities for this role: Prioritizes and schedules tasks into the appropriate agency department. Stays ahead of the workload and ensures that the majority of workflows through the agency on a reasonable, scheduled basis. Works in tandem with Project Managers to expedite all “high priority” projects. Reviews daily work schedule with department directors Act as stand in project manager as needed. This includes working with account manager(s) to manage client approved projects from start to finish. Qualifications for this role: A Bachelor's degree One to three years of traffic and/or project management experience, preferably in a creative agency Expert working level knowledge in Google Apps for Business (Mail, Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheet), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Keynote Knowledge of Workamajig project management system preferred Professional image through in-person and phone interaction Excellent time and calendar management skills Ability to work in fast-paced and pressured environment while remaining proactive, resourceful and efficient Ability to work well in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills ​
